Complete Care+ combines personalized CPAP equipment with professional setup and ongoing clinical support. It is designed for people who need a new CPAP machine and mask and want guidance as they begin or continue therapy.
Your care begins with a 30-minute virtual therapy consultation, including personalized CPAP machine selection and mask fitting. The package includes your choice of a Yuwell BreathCare III Auto CPAP or Yuwell BreathCare Pocket S Travel CPAP, plus any mask currently offered for sale by Virtual Sleep Care, along with the applicable power supply, tubing, filters, water chamber and travel bag.
The package includes a VSC Watch wearable sleep monitor. Your clinician can explain how to use its information alongside your clinical assessment and CPAP therapy data. It ships with your equipment for monitoring while you use CPAP; it is separate from diagnostic sleep-apnea testing.
Complete Care+ includes five appointments. Book your initial consultation within 1–3 business days after purchase. Your setup and equipment-review appointment is within 1–3 business days after delivery, followed by a 30-minute consultation 2–4 business days after you begin using the equipment and two more follow-ups a week apart. You arrange the appointments in the patient portal.

Your five-appointment care schedule
Book your initial consultation after purchase using the patient portal and the invitation in your order email. Complete Care+ includes five appointments: the initial consultation, setup and equipment review, and three follow-ups.
Your VSC Watch ships with your equipment. The included monitoring supports clinician-led assessment and titration while you use CPAP. It is separate from the diagnostic sleep-apnea testing process, which usually takes 2–4 weeks.
